Brooke Haymaker

Brooke Haymaker is a native Lexingtonian. After being out of state for several years, she is happy to call Lexington her home again. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from University of Kentucky with her Bachelor in Arts degree. She earned her Masters degree with honors from the University of Louisville Graduate School. Brooke started with HM Homebuilders in 2004, after seven years of Personal Trust administration at KeyBank in Cincinnati, OH.  Among her responsiblities at HM Homebuilders is risk management and marketing. She also serves as property manager for HM Mundy Properties. Brooke lives in Lexington with her husband, Andy, and son, Jack. Her hobbies include reading, travel and yoga.    

AREAS OF EXPERIENCE:  All aspects of residential real estate, including new construction, resale homes, residential trades and property management. 

AFFILIATIONS:  Member in good standing, Lexington Bluegrass Asscoiaton of Realtors, Kentucky Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. 

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:  Univeristy of Kentucky Patterson Fellow; Board of Directors for the Manchester Center; Co-Chair of Keeneland Concour Gala; Member of Central Christian Church.
