A Brief History of HM Homebuilders…
The partners of HM Homebuilders, Andy Haymaker and Drew McLellan, have been building houses in the Lexington area since 1995. They have built single family houses and townhomes in The Beaumont and The Pinnacle subdivisions of Lexington; and, are now building in Lexington's newest desireable locations, Tuscany and Summerfield. HM Homebuilders has built a variety of styles of homes, ranging in price from $150,000’s to $1,000,000+ with varying amenities. Quality workmanship and satisfied customers are two of their most important attributes.
The partners of HM Homebuilders diverse experiences in real estate and home building have helped them define their individual roles as partners. Drew actually has the hands-on construction and development experience and lends a great deal of expertise to that side of the business. He is very competent while working with the customer on site, as well as coordinating and scheduling all of the various subcontractors, and ultimately creating the final product. Andy, on the other hand, shares his expertise through dealing with the numbers: negotiating contracts, pricing products and options, finances, closing agent and overall real estate in general.
Positive attitudes and an honest approach coupled with high standards for the final product typically makes working with HM Homebuilders comfortable and enjoyable throughout the entire building process. Care and quality go into an HM Homebuilders house from start to finish and even after the closing papers are all signed and the keys handed over to the new owner.
HM Homebuilders is a member in good standing with the Home Builders Association of Lexington, Kentucky and actively participates with and along side this organization.
