The Lexington/Central Kentucky real estate market is still running stronger than many other parts of the United States. The numbers are in for March, 2010 and sales are actually up 32% over March, 2009!  Great news for our region!  Interest rates are still holding low and banks have money to lend!  Credit ratios have tightened up but it's still a great time to buy a new home!
