The Lexington/Central Kentucky real estate market is still running stronger than many other parts of the United States. The numbers are in for August 2011 and sales are actually up 32% over August, 2010!  Great news for our region!  Interest rates are still holding very low and banks have money to lend! Selection is still good , too!  Credit ratios have tightened up but it's still a great time to buy a new home!
